About the Role

Luxury Escape by Jaclyn Vehlewald is hiring a Travel Customer Service Representative to strengthen customer resolution across premium Caribbean and Hawaii trips, cruises, all-inclusive stays, family travel, groups, and romantic vacations. The role focuses on travel customer service representation within premium leisure travel support, ensuring incomplete information is surfaced before it becomes downstream rework.

Success in this role is measured by improving the reliability of customer resolution and identifying repeated failure points before they impact customers, partners, or teammates.

  • Coordinate the workflow by resolving routine issues within approved authority.
  • Review the workflow by documenting commitments and next actions.
  • Maintain the workflow by escalating complex cases with sufficient context for the next owner.
  • Track the workflow by handling assigned customer or client requests.

Working Strengths

  • Use travel customer service representation and customer communication confidently.
  • Apply follow-up without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
  • Document queue management decisions clearly for team understanding.
  • Use sound judgment around the knowledge base, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.
