Travel Customer Service Representative

Gladex Travel and Tours Corp is seeking a remote Travel Customer Service Representative to assist with flight and hotel planning, custom itineraries, travel packages, traveler service, and reservation support.

About the role

This full-time, 100% remote position is open to candidates throughout the United States. You will help travelers resolve booking, itinerary, service, and trip-related questions through approved phone, email, chat, or service channels.

Responsibilities

• Respond to traveler questions through approved phone, email, chat, or service channels.
• Review reservation and itinerary details before providing updates or troubleshooting assistance.
• Resolve routine booking, confirmation, supplier, schedule, or documentation issues within assigned authority.
• Coordinate with booking, operations, or supplier teams when a traveler issue requires additional action.
• Document each traveler interaction, action taken, promise, and follow-up requirement.
• Track open traveler cases and provide timely updates until the issue is resolved or transferred.

Requirements

• Strong customer-service, communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Comfort using travel booking, CRM, itinerary, ticketing, email, and chat systems.
• Ability to remain calm and accurate when travelers need time-sensitive assistance.
• Good attention to dates, names, confirmation details, and service restrictions.
• Reliable follow-through and appropriate escalation judgment.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$51,000 - $59,000 per year
