Travel Customer Service Representative
About the role
A Travel Customer Service Representative at Fabventure Travel will work directly on customer resolution in support of Europe, Mediterranean and Caribbean cruises, all-inclusive vacations, honeymoons, family trips, and groups. The focus is on travel customer service within Europe travel support, ensuring incomplete information is addressed before it leads to downstream rework.
How Success Shows Up
Success means customer resolution is current, exceptions have owners, and another authorized teammate can continue the work without reconstructing the history. This is measured through effective travel customer service representation within Europe travel support.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the Travel Customer Service Representative workflow by handling assigned customer or client requests.
- Track the workflow by reviewing available case history before responding.
- Own the workflow by resolving routine issues within approved authority.
- Coordinate the workflow by documenting commitments and next actions.
- Review the workflow by escalating complex cases with enough context for the next owner.
Skills
- Use Issue Triage and Travel Customer Service Representative Documentation confidently.
- Apply CRM without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
- Document decisions clearly so another teammate can follow the reasoning.
- Use sound judgment around Status Updates, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.

This is a full-time, entry-level position, 100% remote within the United States. Remote execution is complete only when customer resolution is accurate, secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.
