About the role
A CT Technologist responsible for performing CT and XR imaging procedures at a single-tech site in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Review patient history, initiate and perform imaging procedures based on physician orders.
- Safely administer contrast media and monitor patient conditions during procedures.
- Ensure image quality, troubleshoot equipment, and perform post-processing as needed.
- Contribute to patient safety and high-quality care through adherence to best practices.
- Precept and mentor new staff or students, promoting a team-oriented approach.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
- Minimum of one year of imaging experience.
- Registered or registry-eligible in Radiologic Technology and CT (ARRT).
- State licensure if legally required.
- BLS certification through American Heart Association or Red Cross, valid through sixty days of hire.
