About the role
Under the direction of the CT Manager and CT Clinical Lead, the CT technologist performs diagnostic CT procedures at a high level of proficiency following established policies, procedures, protocols, and guidelines. The CT technologist ensures patient safety in all procedures and provides excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic CT procedures at a high level of proficiency
- Administer IV and oral/GI contrast
- Respond effectively in emergency situations
- Document in EMR systems (Epic, Visage)
- Demonstrate professionalism and positive demeanor
Requirements
- ARRT (CT) certification
- Massachusetts state license in Computed Tomography
- 1 year of CT experience preferred but not required
- GE CT scanner experience preferred but not required
- Effective communication and organization skills
Schedule
- 36 hours per week
- 12-hour night shifts: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday – 7:00pm to 7:00am
