Travel CT Technologist - $1,940 per week
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Mt Pleasant, Wisconsin. About the role
Operate computerized tomography (CT) scanners to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bodies for diagnostic purposes. Prepare patients for procedures, explain the imaging process, and position patients appropriately. Set appropriate technical parameters to accurately demonstrate anatomy and pathology, provide high-quality images to Radiologists for interpretation, and adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CT equipment, document patient information and procedural details, and collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver timely diagnostic services.
Responsibilities
- Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic purposes
- Prepare patients for procedures, explain imaging process, and position patients appropriately
- Set appropriate technical parameters to accurately demonstrate anatomy and pathology
- Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation
- Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies to ensure patient and staff safety
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CT equipment to ensure proper functionality
- Document patient information, imaging parameters, and procedural details accurately in the hospital’s system
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver timely diagnostic services
- Adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across various healthcare facilities
- Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of CT Tech practice
Requirements
- One year of recent experience as a CT Technologist
- Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Current ARRT Certification (preferred)
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Proficiency in PC skills

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 30 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
