Travel CT Tech - $2,239 per week

About the role

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Charleston, South Carolina. This role is within a 321-bed hospital’s Radiology department CT unit, utilizing GE 64 Revolution EVO x2 and GE 128 Revolution EVO CT scanners. Documentation is completed in Meditech.

Responsibilities

• Perform trauma, stroke, emergency room, and inpatient CT exams
• Adhere to a schedule running Friday through Sunday, 1:00 PM to 1:30 AM
• Fulfill on-call responsibilities and rotating holiday coverage in line with hospital employee schedules

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of CT experience
• ARRT(R)(CT) certification
• CPR certification
• SCRQSA certification
• State license, if applicable
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility

Facility Details

• Level II Trauma Center with 24-hour emergency room services
• Chest Pain Center and Stroke Center accreditation
• Gray scrubs required as part of the dress code
• Located in Charleston, South Carolina, offering access to historic sites, museums, and coastal activities

Pay

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

• 13-week assignment starting September 8, 2026
• 36 hours per week, 12-hour evening shifts (3x12hrs)
• Schedule: Friday through Sunday, 1:00 PM to 1:30 AM
