Travel Critical Care Registered Nurse

Role: Experienced ICU nurse responsible for providing critical care in a fast-paced environment, with potential floating to various units including med-surg and ER. Responsibilities: Manage complex patient conditions such as arrhythmias, sedation, CVP monitoring, and post-craniotomy care. Utilize advanced equipment like ventilators, BiPAP, and specialty beds. Adhere to safety protocols, monitor patient status, and collaborate with healthcare team members. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 18 months ICU experience with recent practice in the last 12 monthsCritical Care Float Pool experience preferredProficiency with Epic EMR system preferredCurrent Georgia or compact nursing licenseCertifications: BLS, ACLS, CCRN, NIHSS, TNCC, CPIStrong critical thinking, communication, and adaptability skills Key Duties: Provide high-quality patient care during night shifts, support float requirements across units, and maintain compliance with certification and licensing standards. May be required to work holidays and every other weekend, with limited time off and occasional on-call duties.
