Role: Experienced travel nurse specializing in ICU care, with responsibilities including floating to multiple units such as Medical ICU, Neuro Critical Care, SICU, and IMC. The nurse will provide critical patient care, manage cases like sepsis, ESRD, AKI, post-cardiac arrest, and respiratory failure, maintaining appropriate patient ratios based on acuity. Key Duties: Deliver high-quality nursing care, adapt to various units, and comply with facility protocols. Must hold valid Massachusetts license and relevant certifications (BLS, ACLS, NIHSS). Pre-employment modules and health documentation may be required. Qualifications: Minimum 12 months of recent ICU experience, with 10 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience within the last 3 years. Preferred experience includes 1 year in a Level 1 ICU or 2 years in MICU. Floating experience does not count toward unit-specific experience. Skills & Requirements: Strong critical care skills, ability to float across units, and current certifications. Must live more than 90 miles from the facility, be vaccinated against COVID, and provide references and proof of identification. Additional Info: Shifts are from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with four shifts per week. Up to one holiday off allowed, with maximum seven days off. Must have recent Charge/Lead reference and be able to work in a fast-paced ICU environment.
