Travel Critical Care Director - $4,553 per week

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit Director for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in South Charleston, West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of the ICU unit
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care quality
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the ICU
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies
• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in West Virginia
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as an ICU RN
• Experience in managing a critical care unit
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Qualifications

• Passport required for international travel
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
