Travel Emergency Department RN - $1,559 per week

About the Role

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Pasadena, Texas. This is a 13-week contract position with a night shift schedule (2 PM - 2 AM). We are seeking a skilled Emergency Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in critical care, trauma, and emergency situations, with a focus on STEMI, Stroke, and Sepsis.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care in a fast-paced emergency environment.
• Utilize advanced critical thinking and nursing skills in the treatment of patients.
• Assist in high-acuity procedures including thoracotomy, arterial lines, and mass transfusion protocols.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and care in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Required Certifications & Licensure

• Active RN license.
• ENPC, TNCC, ACLS, PALS, BLS, CPI with TIC.
• Completion of certifications aligned under HCA Nurse Contract and Pool is preferred.
• Adult and pediatric ED experience is a plus.
