About the role
Binding Minds is seeking a travel Clinical Pharmacist for a 12-week assignment at Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Review and interpret drug orders, medical records, and patient histories to ensure appropriate medication therapy.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patient response to treatment.
- Participate in continuing education programs to maintain current knowledge in pharmacy practice.
Requirements
- BLS certification
- Pharmacist license in Kentucky
- Minimum of 2 years of recent hospital pharmacy experience
