About the role
Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Peridot, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Provide pharmaceutical care services under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding medication administration.
Requirements
- Must have 2+ years of recent pharmacy experience.
- License to practice pharmacy in the state of Arizona.
- Current DEA registration.
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
- Passing score on the North American Pharmacist Licensure Exam (NAPLEX).
Skills

Pay
Gross Weekly Pay: $2951.82
