About the role

JAK Travel Agency is seeking a Travel Client Services Specialist for hands-on work centered on customer resolution and the day-to-day demands of custom cruises, tours, destination celebrations, groups, reservations, and traveler follow-through.

Responsibilities

  • Review the Travel Client Services Specialist workflow by helping the team handle assigned customer or client requests.
  • Maintain the workflow by reviewing available case history before responding.
  • Track the workflow by resolving routine issues within approved authority.
  • Own the workflow by documenting commitments and next actions.
  • Coordinate the workflow by escalating complex cases with enough context for the next owner.
  • Use Knowledge Base and Multichannel Support confidently when executing travel client services.
  • Apply specialized execution without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
  • Document follow-up decisions clearly so another teammate can follow the reasoning.
  • Use sound judgment around Queue Management, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.

Qualifications

  • Ability to execute travel client services specialized tasks within group travel operations.
  • Confirmed facts must be separated from assumptions and unresolved questions.

Success Measures

Strong performance shows up in fewer avoidable corrections, timely follow-through, and records that make the next action obvious.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
