Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Client Services Specialist workflow by helping the team document commitments and next actions.
• Review the workflow by helping the team escalate complex cases with enough context for the next owner.
• Maintain the workflow by helping the team handle assigned customer or client requests.
• Track the workflow by helping the team review available case history before responding.
• Own the workflow by helping the team resolve routine issues within approved authority.

Skills

• Use Client Services Specialist Workflow and Customer Support confidently in brand campaign operations.
• Apply Escalation Management without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.

Role Details

Full-time, associate-level position. 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $44,000–$66,000 per year.

For this role, remote execution is complete only when client services specialized execution within brand campaign operations leaves customer resolution accurate, secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.
