Beth's Beautiful Destinations is seeking a Travel Client Services Specialist to provide disciplined follow-through on customer resolution across leisure bookings, resorts, cruises, parks, flights, hotels, groups, weddings, and traveler support. The role focuses on specialized execution within leisure booking support, ensuring owners, evidence, and next actions are clearly documented and visible.

Quality performance is measured by fewer avoidable corrections, timely follow-through, and records that make the next action obvious.

Responsibilities

• Track and document commitments and next actions within the Travel Client Services workflow.
• Escalate complex cases with sufficient context for the next owner.
• Handle assigned customer or client requests efficiently.
• Review available case history before responding to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain resolution of routine issues within approved authority.

Role Fit

• Confidently use Issue Resolution and Service Recovery techniques in travel client services.
• Apply Customer Experience principles while tracking exceptions, owners, and deadlines.
• Document Leisure Booking Support decisions clearly for seamless teammate follow-up.
• Exercise sound judgment in Customer Service, especially when escalation is required.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.
