Duties
- Assists patrons by providing information concerning available leisure activities, selling tickets, making reservations and arranging for special accommodations required for tours, sporting events, theaters and special events.
- Provides full assistance to individuals planning travel itineraries not requiring commercial transportation, including hotel reservations and other local service or information.
- Maintains brochures, price listings and related information for customer use.
- Receives payment, issues receipts and documents business transactions.
- Performs related administrative support duties.
Requirements
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
- Must be willing to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications

Highly Preferred Criteria

- Experience with travel and/or leisure services.
- Demonstration of detail oriented task completed and providing excellent customer service.

Allowances and Differentials: This job is part of a pay-banded system. Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
