About the role
MediPro is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Woodlands Hills, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a certified occupational therapist.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
- Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to promote independence and quality of life.
- Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members.
Requirements
- 2+ years' inpatient experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- BLS certification required.
- Current California license as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay & Benefits
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
