Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a position in Fairmont, West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist.
• Assess client needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
• Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to promote independence and participation in daily activities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care planning.
• Document progress notes and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Valid state license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Current CPR certification.
• Pass a background check.

Skills
