Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting June 15, 2026, in Fairmont, West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed therapist.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic activities to improve functional abilities.
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• At least 2+ years of recent experience in occupational therapy.
• Valid state license to practice occupational therapy.
