Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Rehabilitation Therapist for a 13-week contract in Belle Fourche, South Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled rehabilitation therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Work 36 hours per week, 8 hours per shift.
• Travel to various SNFs across South Dakota.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant.
• Active Certified Occupational Therapist License.
• Additional compensation includes $200.00 travel reimbursement.

Pay

Weekly Gross: $1,708.00 (Based on 40 hr)

Schedule

36 hours per week, 8 hours per shift.
