Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting August 1, 2026, in Canaan, Connecticut.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of recent experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Specialty: Occupational Therapy.
• License to practice in the state of Connecticut.
• Current CPR certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
