We currently have a vacancy for a Travel Centre Advisor to join our Bradford Travel Centre team. As part of the continued commitment to enhancing customer experience, Bradford Travel Centre offers a modern and welcoming environment for both our staff and visitors. We are proud to be a key part of a network of seven travel centres across West Yorkshire, providing essential services to thousands of people every day. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Travel Centre Advisor. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role, where you will provide support for a diverse range of customers, ensuring their needs are met with a high level of customer service and care. You will tailor your communication methods when assisting residents to visiting tourists, ensuring that each customer has a positive experience.
Responsibilities
- Selling and issuing prepaid tickets, passes, and permits
- Offering advice on bus and rail services
- Providing support for a diverse range of customers
- Ensuring customer needs are met with a high level of customer service and care
- Tailoring communication methods when assisting residents and visiting tourists
