Travel Advisor

This is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates based in Tennessee.

About the role

Fly My Group is hiring a Travel Advisor to work across group airfare, airline reservations, ticketing, schedule changes, group traveler support, account service, and travel operations. This role is centered on researching and recommending travel options that match customer needs, preferences, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Discuss destination, date, budget, traveler, accommodation, transportation, and activity preferences with customers.
• Research suitable flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, tours, or destination options using approved supplier resources.
• Compare availability, pricing, inclusions, restrictions, and cancellation terms before presenting options across group airfare and traveler operations.
• Prepare clear travel recommendations and answer routine questions about the proposed itinerary.
• Coordinate selected options with booking or reservations teams and document customer decisions accurately.
• Stay current on supplier information, destination requirements, and service changes relevant to assigned travel products.

Requirements

• Strong customer-service, research, organization, and written-communication skills.
• Comfort using travel booking, supplier, CRM, spreadsheet, and itinerary tools.
• Ability to compare multiple travel options accurately and explain trade-offs clearly.
• Good attention to dates, traveler names, restrictions, pricing, and cancellation terms.
• Reliable follow-through on customer questions and booking handoffs.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Associate experience level.

Pay

Base salary: $52,000 - $60,500 per year.
