About the role

The Travel Advisor at Beth's Beautiful Destinations will take ownership of traveler-fit planning within leisure bookings, resorts, cruises, parks, flights, hotels, groups, weddings, and traveler support. The role focuses on travel guidance within leisure booking support to surface incomplete information before it becomes downstream rework.

The practical outcome is dependable traveler-fit planning: clean records, explicit ownership, timely escalation, and fewer downstream fixes. For Beth's Beautiful Destinations, this is measured through travel guidance within leisure booking support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Travel Advisor workflow by helping the team follow up on suppliers or bookings.
• Review and document the reasoning behind important trip choices to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Maintain the workflow by clarifying traveler priorities before recommending options.
• Track the workflow by researching destinations and products against stated traveler needs.
• Own the workflow by comparing meaningful tradeoffs without presenting pending details as final.

Employment Overview

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.
