Travel CCU Registered Nurse - $2,211 per week

Schedule

This is a full-time, night-shift position with 3x12 shifts (7 PM to 7:30 AM), including every other weekend and holiday rotation, as well as 2 on-call shifts per 4 weeks.

About the role

The Registered Nurse will work across multiple units, including Med/Surg, ICU, and ER. Candidates must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and critical care experience. The role requires the ability to float comfortably between units.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across various units.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vitals and report any changes to the medical team.
• Participate in patient assessments and care planning.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by New York State.
• BSN degree is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in MedSurg, Telemetry, or Critical Care units.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications required through AHA or the RQI system.
• NIHSS certification required; Basic Coronary Care within 6 months of hire.
• CPI certification required within 90 days of hire.
