Travel Cath Lab Technologist - $3,420 per week

About the role

A Client in Kentucky is looking for an experienced Cath Lab Tech for a travel contract. The right candidate will have 3+ years of experience, hold an active BLS, ACLS, ARRT, and KY license.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician
• Assist physicians during interventional procedures
• Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and positioning
• Operate equipment such as x-ray machines, pumps, and monitors
• Document patient data accurately and maintain medical records
• Ensure sterile technique and infection control protocols are followed

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
• Active BLS, ACLS, ARRT, and KY license

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a formal training program in cardiac catheterization technology
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
