About the role
A Client in Hazard, Kentucky is looking for an experienced Cath Lab Tech for a travel contract. The right candidate will have 2+ years of experience, hold an active BLS, ARRT, and KY license.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of patients for diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Operate equipment and perform technical aspects of cardiac catheterization procedures
- Monitor patient conditions during procedures and report any changes to the physician
- Collaborate with the interventional team to ensure successful completion of procedures
- Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification
- Kentucky license
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
