About the role
Travel assignment in Newton, Kansas. 4-day/9.5-hour shift (7 AM–5 PM) with 1–2 weekend STEMI on-call duties.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and prep for cardiac caths, PCI (STEMI), and other procedures such as peripheral vascular, pacemaker, interventional radiology, etc.
- Monitor, document, and calculate hemodynamic data.
- Provide procedural assistance to physicians pre-, intra-, and post-procedure.
- Assess and manage access sites and inform physicians.
- Adhere to on-call protocol for the Cath Lab.
- Prepare patients for procedures.
Requirements
- Licensed Radiologic Technologist.
- RCIS certification preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- IABP experience required.
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience required.
