About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Manager, Acute Care Case Management for a travel nursing job in Anchorage, Alaska.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient care plans and coordinate services across multiple disciplines
- Assess patients' needs and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Alaska
- Experience in acute care case management preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Passport required for international travel
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
