Travel - Cardiovascular Technologist

About the role

Travel Cardiovascular Technologist position with day shifts (6:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., 10‑hour days, 4 days per week, 40 hours total). Assignment length is 13 weeks with on‑call requirements of 1‑2 nights per week and 1‑2 weekends per month; weekend rotation is call‑only. The facility uses EPIC EMR and provides scrub colors. First‑time travelers are considered if they have at least 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cath Lab (LHC/RHC, NSTEMI/STEMI, Impella, IABP, Rotablator, CTO/staged PCI, shockwave, temporary pacers, peripheral leg diagnostics/intervention, loop recorders).
• Assist with EP procedures including Micra pacemaker implantation, AICD placement, lead extractions/revisions, generator changes.
• Support IR procedures (strongly preferred): G/GJ tube placement/exchanges, nephrostomy/nephroureteral stents, IVC filter placement, tunneled and temporary dialysis catheters, ports, GI coil and chemo embolizations, thoracentesis/paracentesis, Inari clot extraction, Kyphoplasty/vertebroplasty, Y‑90 radioembolization, TIPS, biopsies.

Requirements

• Washington State (WA) license.
• Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, RCIS certification – or RT(R) credential.
• At least 2 years of experience to be considered as a first‑time traveler.

Skills

• Experience with the patient types listed above.
• Ability to scrub and operate the table simultaneously.
• Monitoring experience preferred.
• IR experience strongly preferred.

Pay

Estimated weekly gross pay: $3,522 (based on qualifications and experience; applies to travel positions >50 mi from permanent address).
