Travel Cardiovascular ICU Registered Nurse - $2,195 per week

Intensive Care Unit Cardiovascular (ICU OH) located in Salem, Virginia. This role involves providing expert adult critical care in a 12-bed unit with a focus on cardiac and post-procedure patient management. The position demands adaptability to a fast-paced environment and collaboration with a dedicated healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced patient monitoring and care for cardiac patients, including procedures such as bedside trach management, sheath removal, and post-cath care
• Operate equipment like Tablo, IABP, Impella, Swan Ganz, and monitor patient status with Vigilance and BIS systems
• Follow unit policies and protocols

Required qualifications

• Certifications in ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ICU experience
• Location requirements

Preferred qualifications

• Cardiac experience
• CCRN (Cardiovascular Certification) preferred

Schedule

• 12-hour night shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Start Date: 08/17/2026
• End Date: 11/16/2026
• Includes every other weekend work with no on-call requirements
• No block scheduling guarantee
