Responsibilities
- Monitor patients' heart rates and rhythms using telemetry equipment.
- Report any changes in patient condition to healthcare providers.
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient care activities and observations accurately.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current North Carolina RN license.
- At least one year of acute care experience preferred.
