Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a 13-week assignment in Winston Salem, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry monitoring services under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider.
• Assist in the management of patient care, including administering medications and treatments as directed.
• Document patient observations and treatment plans accurately and timely.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in telemetry preferred but not required.
