Travel Cardiac Stepdown RN - $2,193 per week
About the role
The Cardiac Step-Down RN will provide care to adult and geriatric patients with diagnoses such as dysrhythmias and heart blocks. Responsibilities include pre-operative and post-operative care for cardiac surgeries, including TAVR and permanent pacemaker placements. Duties also involve monitoring and managing patients on drips and medications, performing EKGs, managing chest tubes, ensuring intake and output tracking, inserting and caring for Foley catheters, facilitating patient mobility, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements
- Active Maryland RN license or Compact License required
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIHSS
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
- Experience with Epic charting system required

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
