About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Stepdown for a 13-week assignment starting July 18, 2026, in Morgantown, West Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Assess and manage patients' cardiac conditions under the supervision of a licensed physician.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor vital signs and patient status.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in West Virginia.
- Experience in Cardiac Stepdown or similar unit preferred.
- Knowledge of cardiac care protocols and emergency response procedures.
Qualifications
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
