Travel Breast Ultrasound Technologist

About the Role

Precision Imaging Centers is seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist with breast sonography experience to join our St. Augustine team on a PRN basis. This role offers flexible day shifts with availability to work Thursdays and Saturdays; ability to work additional shifts is a plus. Local travel may be required to St. Augustine, Jacksonville, or Orlando locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound exams, with emphasis on breast imaging
• Obtain and document accurate patient histories
• Follow established imaging protocols and ensure diagnostic image quality
• Collaborate with radiologists and providers for accurate interpretation
• Maintain a clean and organized ultrasound suite
• Verify orders and confirm prior imaging
• Support scheduling and workflow coordination as needed

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited ultrasound program
• ARDMS certification required (Breast specialty strongly preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of ultrasound experience, including strong breast ultrasound proficiency
• Experience in OB/GYN, Vascular, and General Ultrasound a plus
• Current BLS certification
• Excellent communication, organizational, and patient care skills

Pay

Competitive base salary plus monthly Tech Bonus Program (average bonus equivalent to $4.00 per hour). Performance-based incentives also available.
