LanceSoft is seeking a travel Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) for a position in Lompoc, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on data-driven decision making.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform treatment planning.
• Train and supervise staff members to ensure effective implementation of behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience required.
• Active BCBA Certification.
• Teaching certification required.
• #HCRR (NN).

Qualifications

Experience working in a clinical setting, knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles, and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Skills

Knowledge of applied behavior analysis, ability to work independently and collaboratively, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
