Travel Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) - $2,570 per week

About the role

Talent4Health is seeking a travel Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) for a 13-week assignment starting on August 10, 2026, located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Conduct assessments and data collection to evaluate progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive treatment planning.
• Train and supervise paraprofessionals and other staff members.

Requirements

• Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Valid South Dakota driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass a background check.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
