Description
Aid the Superintendent in overseeing all day-to-day field operations on data center construction projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trade partners, vendors, and field personnel to meet project schedules and milestones.
- Ensure all work adheres to project plans, specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture while complying with OSHA regulations and site-specific safety programs.
- Participate in daily planning meetings, safety meetings, and subcontractor coordination meetings.
- Maintain short-interval schedules and identify potential impacts to the project timeline.
- Track material deliveries, equipment usage, and site logistics to support uninterrupted workflow.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports, field documentation, safety records, and quality control logs.
- Cover inspections, testing activities, and turnover requirements.
- Support punch list completion, commissioning activities, and project closeout efforts.
Profile
- Minimum of 1 years of construction field experience with commercial, industrial, advanced technology, or mission critical projects.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and schedules.
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods, safety requirements, and quality control processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software platforms.
- Experience working flexible schedules, including nights or weekends when project demands require.
- Experience on mission critical, data center, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or highly technical construction projects.
- Knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and critical infrastructure environments.
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, BIM/VDC coordination, and scheduling software.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- Experience supporting construction activities in active or operational critical facility environments.
