Travel Assistant - Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,531 per week

About the role

Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our travel team in a OUT PATIENT setting, in Glendale, AZ! This is a full time travel contract position.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
• Assist patients with exercises and treatments
• Help maintain patient records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols

Requirements

• Active AZ PTA license
• 1+ years of Physical Therapist Assistant experience preferred
• Outpatient experience preferred

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a physical therapist assistant program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)
• Pass a background check and drug screening
