About the role
Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapy Assistant in Fairfax, Missouri.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
- Perform therapeutic exercises under supervision
- Administer treatments as directed by a licensed physical therapist
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (CPTA) from the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy setting preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
