About the role
Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our travel team in a OUT PATIENT setting, in Phoenix, AZ!
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living.
- Perform therapeutic exercises and treatments.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Requirements
- Active AZ PTA license.
- 1+ years of Physical Therapist Assistant experience preferred.
- Outpatient experience preferred.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a physical therapist assistant program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
- Pass a background check.
