About the role

B&A is seeking a Travel and Targeting Support/Targeter to support a federal government client in Northern Virginia. This is a full-time, on-site position. The anticipated award and start date are September/October 2026, with a period of performance of 1 base year plus 4 option years.

The salary range for this position is $140,000 – $220,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security clearance, and contract funding. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts intelligence targeting in support of Counterintelligence and DO operations by exploiting intelligence Community targeting data and sponsor data holdings to produce actionable analysis.
  • Drafts, coordinates, and disseminates operational reporting (cables, tearlines, and CJRs).
  • Collaborates across organizational boundaries to meet sponsor objectives and keep leadership informed on travel data acquisition and analysis efforts.
  • Communicates clearly to all management levels, tailoring content to varied formats and audiences.
  • Executes multiple ambiguous tasks to completion under competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating integrity, accountability, and inclusive leadership.

Qualifications

The desired qualifications for this position include a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline, as well as relevant certifications in programming and development, cloud and infrastructure, architecture and design, or other related networking, cybersecurity, or technology disciplines.

The position requires an active TS/SCI with an FS Poly adjudicated within the last five (5) years.

Experience levels for this position include:

  • Entry Level: 0-2 years of specialized experience
  • Journeyman: 2-4 years of specialized experience
  • Full Performance: 4-6 years of specialized experience
  • Senior Level: 6-8 years of specialized experience
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME): 8-12 years of specialized experience
