Duties and Responsibilities
- Review and approve new credit card requests, applications, and close accounts.
- Answer questions and resolve issues from cardholders and administrators.
- Responsible for granting credit limit exceptions and to open or close expense category types for cardholders as needed.
- May provide advanced, final tier of support to company travelers.
- Collaborate with financial institutions to resolve moderately complex issues and institute best practices.
- Perform program audits to ensure business processes are followed.
- Aid in the training and support of Program Affiliates in all areas of the Travel & Expense card day to day program management.
- Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
- Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating practices and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of corporate travel and expense management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.

Pay
$56,820 - $96,015 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
