ANALYST(Travel Analyst)

About the role

At Immersion Consulting, you will assist and process recurring travel administrative reports in a timely manner. You will validate, correct, and sign travel documents within the Defense Travel systems. Additionally, you will aid and train on the Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC).

Responsibilities

• Validating, correcting, and signing travel documents within the Defense Travel systems.
• Aiding and training on the Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC).
• Collaborate to deliver components of client engagements following peer review.
• Focus on client specific tasks that are at the core of the engagement by delivering products day to day.

Requirements

• Monitoring failure to submit electronic TER within policy guidelines.
• Assisting in the VAT reclamation process.
• Processing requests for cash reimbursement.
• Reviewing and researching possible duplicate payments to employees or corporate cards using monthly payment files from the card provider.
• Acting as an expert in DTS experience to support employees with expense reports and payment inquiries.
• Working closely with the treasury team to ensure accounts are current.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field or experience with professional certifications.
