Ambulatory Care Medical Surgical Nurse position in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. This role involves providing patient care in an outpatient setting, including rooming and checking in patients, assisting with procedures, patient education, triaging, and coordinating procedures or surgeries using an electronic medical record system.

Schedule

• Days, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Minimum of 40 hours per week
• No weekend requirements
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 08/25/2026

Required Qualifications

• Current Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license or compact license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 1 year of RN ambulatory care experience

Additional requirements

• Traveler's permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the facility
• Agencies must register in the Colorado state credentialing system (may take up to two weeks)
• Out-of-state agencies should enter their real address but select Colorado as the state and clarify multiple locations if applicable
• Ensure the correct Social Security number and date of birth are entered in the onboarding system to prevent delays
