Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate travel arrangements with suppliers, ensuring visible tracking of source, owner, status, and next action within cultural, heritage, pilgrimage, and group-tour workflows.
• Document role-specific processes and status tracking for travel planning, maintaining clarity and traceability in all case-handling activities.
• Maintain reservation systems with deadline management, ensuring all bookings and updates are accurately recorded and actionable.
• Reconcile documentation with reporting to ensure consistency and accuracy in travel arrangements and workflows.
• Coordinate quality control and workflow management, surfacing unresolved items and repeated errors before they impact downstream processes.

Position Details

This is a full-time, entry-level position, 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$65,000 per year.
