About the Role

Sight Sea Travel is looking for a Travel Agent to support vacation planning, cruises, all-inclusive travel, reservations, customer service, and itinerary support. As the Travel Agent, you will research and recommend travel options that match customer needs, preferences, and budget. The position is full time, 100% remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Discuss destination, date, budget, traveler, accommodation, transportation, and activity preferences with customers.
• Research suitable flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, tours, or destination options using approved supplier resources.
• Compare availability, pricing, inclusions, restrictions, and cancellation terms before presenting options.
• Prepare clear travel recommendations and answer routine questions about the proposed itinerary.
• Coordinate selected options with booking or reservations teams and document customer decisions accurately.
• Stay current on supplier information, destination requirements, and service changes relevant to assigned travel products.

Requirements

• Strong customer-service, research, organization, and written-communication skills.
• Comfort using travel booking, supplier, CRM, spreadsheet, and itinerary tools.
• Ability to compare multiple travel options accurately and explain trade-offs clearly.
• Good attention to dates, traveler names, restrictions, pricing, and cancellation terms.
• Reliable follow-through on customer questions and booking handoffs.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$51,500 - $60,000 per year
