About the role
The Travel Agent at Billingsley Travel Agency will take ownership of traveler-fit planning within family and group leisure travel, cruises, all-inclusive trips, theme parks, sports travel, weddings, and honeymoons. In practice, the role is travel case handling within family travel operations, with decisions grounded in current records rather than memory or guesswork.
Remote execution is complete only when travel case handling leaves traveler-fit planning accurate, secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.

- Maintain the Travel Agent workflow by helping the team clarify traveler priorities before recommending options.
- Track the Travel Agent workflow by helping the team research destinations and products against stated needs.
- Own the Travel Agent workflow by helping the team compare meaningful tradeoffs without presenting pending details as final.

Role details
Full-time, entry-level position. 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.
